| This is our first certified Organic, Fair Trade coffee. Typically, I find these coffees to be somewhat inferior to their non-organic counterparts; this coffee is one hell of an exception! I roast it fast and light, at low temps, requiring me to only roast MUCH smaller batches. The result is a sweet, fruity, jammy coffee with good body, prominent acidity (the flavor, not the PH), and a tasty apricot preserves aftertaste that has shot this up to to the top of my current 'favorite coffees' list! | |
