| OK, time to provide a real description of my espresso. I developed this espresso to appeal to a wide range of people, and be easy to work with. It's a medium roasted blend of 4 coffees. It's thick and syrupy, exceedingly smooth, with hints of spice and blueberry from my Harrar, and mild but noticeable acidity. It is fantastic as a straight espresso, and works well in a cappuccino or latte. This espresso is easy to drink, for sure!
